Service Description
When something happens (or has happened) in our lives, we try to continue with every day occurrences as best as we can ... but losing a loved one; experiencing abuse; witnessing a traumatic event can leave scars and cause more damaging effects later on in life. 60 minutes of Tapping followed by a 60 minutes treatment of your choice to help you relax and process. Can be a stand alone treatment or as part of a course.
Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain our level of service for you, please read and adhere to the following terms. By booking your appointment you are accepting the following terms. Weekend/Public Holiday bookings incur a $20 fee included in the Add-On section. Please apply when booking. Should you request a special appointment time which falls out of hours (either before or after hours advertised) a small fee of $10 will be added at your appointment. 24 HOURS NOTICE is required for any cancellations/postponements … Please read our Cancellation Requirements: CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: 100% of treatment cost is due within 24hrs. An invoice shall be sent for immediate payment. RESCHEDULING giving LESS THAN 24hrs notice: 100% of treatment cost is due & an invoice shall be sent for immediate payment: Payments for emergencies & genuine ill health may have the 50% credit applied to your rescheduled appointment if it’s within a four week period … RE-BOOKING AFTER A NO SHOW or REPEATED LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION or RESCHEDULE: Pre-payment in full upon booking with no refund available if another cancellation/reschedule occurs … PLANS are valid from Date of Purchase until either chosen plan length of 3, 6 or 10 months onwards to same date - no extensions permitted … THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING; we value your business and value you as our client
